problem with ati video card radeon9550 256mb

    i have an asus motherboard p4p800-e deluxe.400w ps, 300gb seagate hd
    p4 3.0 presscot, master cooler fan(all copper). 2g of memory (corsair)
    xtreme gamer sound card(creative lab).i tried to load spiderman3 for the kids
    and everytime i try to do it ,it click and goes back to the starting mode
    without loading the game.is it the video card or compatibility issue.thak u
    help please.
