Problem with Creative Media Source

Hi,
I am unable to play music using my creative media source, also i get a msg from windows at startup, unable to loaded needed components, please reinstall the s/w for creative media source, the OS XP Pro, also it is a new comp, if anybody knows the resolution with a resolution, please tell me what to do.

if that's what it tells you then ... just do it.
1) Go into Control Panel: Add/Remove Software and uninstall Media Source
2) Reboot
3) Install Media SOurce again using CD or a downloaded installation file.

not able to remove it from there too

thanks for taking time to reply, but i had tried to remove it using add/remove programs, but i was not able to remove it, sorry i had not put it in the previous post, actually i had to OS reinstall, now it works fine, do u have any other fix, thank you,
