Problem with dvd drive/front USBs

Hi all, for some unknown reason my DVD drive and my front 2 USB ports no longer work. I checked the connections and they look fine to me. I have restored my computer to factory settings but that has not solved the issue.

My computer is a packard bell and I have a tool called snapsy and it says some components have been removed or changed.

My DVD drive is among them and it says the following:

Any help with this issue would be very much appreciated.

Does the dvd have power? will the tray open when you push the eject button? yuo might want to download speed fan and check the voltages on your rails to see if they are in spec.

Yeah the dvd drive still opens and closes fine which means power is still going to the front. Its weird because its the 2 front USBs as well, even though the rear 2 work fine.
