    System
    CPU: AMD 64 3500
    RAM: 2 gigs (i think ddr2)
    VIDEO CARD: XFX geforce 7950

I used to have a geforce 6600 and i just up because i wanted to get more fps and have things look nicer. but

problem 1: running the graphics on all low my new card (7950) hits alot higher fps at some points but when ever im playing counter strike or other games and theres alot of people, grenades, fireing, my fps drops almost as low (30 fps in a 50 or 60 man server. and all teamates are pretty close) as it does with my old card (6600). Im thinking because its people, grenades, and firing maybe its the physics and if i have hurd correctlly this would be because of my procssor? not as much the graphics card?

problem 2: when i first tested out my card 2 days ago. it was running 150 to 200 fps most of the time on this one level with 4 players. now its running 80 to 130 and im really confused on what happend. i guess heat would be my best guess.
