Problem with MIDI effects - Reverb/Chorus

Hello!
I have sound card: Creative Audigy Platinum (SB0090). In all OS i have the same problem: i can't insert MIDI effects in any music software :( - effects like Reverb/Chorus. Software - Vienna SoundFont, CUbase etc'.
Please. help me...
