Problem with my monitor

well recently my mums moved my comp about and she dpulled out all the wires
and i reconnected em all. then when i turned on the computer the screen was all blueish and i tried configuring the colours and stuff but it would go back to normal. the colour red appears as black etc.

Sounds like you have a damaged monitor cable or bent or broken pins.

Hopefully you can just replace the cable, but if its fixed to the monitor you may have to cut the wires and splice in a new cable.

Check to make sure your monitor cables are plugged in snugly and screwed in.

It's also possible that the video card itself has been un-seated. You will have to open the case to check this. Make sure the power is unplugged to check this, and while you are in there use a can of compressed air to blow out all the dust bunnies. Re-seat the card making sure the ground hold down screw is secure.
Hook it all up and you should be good to go.
