Problem with Outlook Express

  1. System Details---Windows XP SP 2--Kasperley A Virus. Windows Firewall- System Mech 6 Professional .Networked to Vista Home Prem on a Gateway Laptop.

    I receive E Mails ok but can not activate any items shown,IE--- I click on a subject or Item which will highlight but stays at that stage.

    I have checked A .Vir. and Firewall etc to ensure they are not blocking.
    Can any body help and sugest further action ??

    I have now had a chance to try the Link you were kind enough to provide.
    I am now , Back on Track !!!

    Yes,thanks to your help ,everything is back to normal. Needles to say I shall be filing that link for the future ,
