Problem with XP!!??

    Hi ive just built my computer and everything seems to be ok but when i install windows it installs ok and everything is normal,it finnishes and then reboots itself, but when it gets to that screen where it says window XP with that bar that keeps going across repeatadly it goes to a blank screen and the computer crashes it does this in the same spot everytime....does anyone have any theories that can point me in the right direction to fixing it? I dont think it is an hardware problem but im not really sure,any advice will help thanks heaps Tony.....

    Go into safe mode, and if there is a file it gets stuck on,
