Problems accessing a web site

Hello TS friends, I have a new dilemma!! I frequent my employer's web site to read work related email etc. For some reason, when I type the address in, I can no longer access the site. This is true for all my computers on my home network. I have Norton and have tried to disable Norton and still cannot access the site. Any suggestions on why this one site in no longer available? Work IS&T guys say problem is not on their end.

do you connect to your works intranet via VPN or RAS to access the website.. if not what is the url. is it secure (HTTPS) or HTTP....

Thanks, I typed in HTTPS at the start of my address and accessed just fine, thanks, you guys are the best.
