You could help US by using a meaningful title for one thing.
Then you could fill out your user-profile, tell us what OS you use, etc.
THEN we might be able to help you.
    And BTW, welcome to TechSpot.

To get rid of the usrbridg.exe error, go into your BIOS and disable IR (InfraRed).

The other error pertains to a HP 1012 Laserjet.
Uninstall/reinstall the drivers is one solution.

The other one is more complicated:
    START | RUN | SECPOL.MSC
Click on Local Policies | Security Options
Locate "NETWORK ACCESS: Let Everyone Permissions apply to anonymous users"
    Double click and enable.

    START | RUN | LUSRMGR.MSC
    Click on Users
    Double Click the Guest account
Verify that the Guest account is active.

I have seen these same error messages appear when a motherboard got fried. Some of the capacitors blew, and it was screwing with the OS booting. Look for capacitors that are rounded off at the top, swollen on the sides, or have stuff oozing out of them.
But as realbackstuff said it could be from something else, this was just my experience.
