First post, and of course, it's a troubleshooting issue.

My girlfriend uses Outlook Express 6.0 (uhg..) as her email program, and yesterday it started automatically moving all of her incoming emails into the 'deleted items' folder. You turn the cpu on and off, refresh the program, stand on your head, whatever...it keeps doing it.

My first thought was that maybe her anti-spam program needed to be turned down a bit, but she doesn't have one. Then I scrolled through the account settings and, of course, there is no option to have incoming emails sent to the 'deleted items' folder.

I looked for spam settings, recepient settings, and anything that may have been tweaked in the settings that could cause this...still nothing. Her virus protection settings are adequate enough to keep the cpu relatively safe, but wouldn't mess with another program, so I'm at a complete loss.

A little help?
