Problems with Ati Radeon x1300pro

Hello. I reinstalled windows on my computer and then suddenly evry game started to lag.. i think it is a driver problems becous my cpu is onlu used 5% of and my ram is working fine...i hope it isent a hardware problem.
can any one tell me how to fix this card? or send a link with good drivers.

It seems like a driver issue, here go to www.nvidia.com and look for the latest, STABLE drivers or download a program called Gameshadow which should auto-detect the best drivers and update your games.
