    Hello,

I have Sony dvd Architect 3 on my pc. I love it, but sometimes when I want to drop in some avi movie it does not want to load. Architect said that it is unspported format. However when I drom in some different AVi; no problem. I think it might be codes issue, but I am trying to keep up to date. Anyone knows anything to fix this?

If you think it may be a codec, update the codecs!

    reading AVI files

I have the same problem. I've figured out what it is. Click properties on each AVI file. If the AVI file is missing the MPEG Layer 3 for it's Audio then Dvd Architect won't open it. If the AVI file is missing the DIVX for it's Video then Dvd Architect wont open it ?????? How to solve this problem I haven't figured yet if anyone can be of help on this I'd be grateful.

Well, that is going to help. I will try to do some research and testing, and I will let you know what I get. It will be sometimes next century, but I will look into it.
    Thanks
