Problems with web server running on demon internet

I have recently set up a web server (windows 2003 with wamp installed) on a demon internet business broadband connection.

However I am having trouble whereby i seem to lose internet connectivity when the line is inactive (Eg when noone is using the internet onsite it seems to go offline - and this i cant connect to the server remotely and noone can access the website (jastac.co.uk)).

The reson i beleive it to be the connection and not the server is that last night i set the router to accept ping on icmp or whatever it is and this morning i cant ping the wan ip (80.177.111.63) whereas last night i could.

Has anyone experienced this problem or does anyone have any suggestions?

Ehm.. What do you do to get the connection back? Maybe your router is crashing or the modem is crashing or your ISP is dropping the connection when idle (you have to tell your router to auto-connect) or your ISPis changing your IP address..
