I have Win XP Pro, service pack 2 installed on my machine.
in the past few days what has happened everytime i boot my machine it is running a disk check before windows loads. I am unable to do a defrag on that drive as it says that a diskcheck has been scheduled, when i have infact not scheduled anything.
Is there anyway that I can cancel the diskcheck from running every time when starting windows, or why would it be doing this?
i would really appreciate any suggestions to help sort out this annoying problem.
Thanks!
