You security looks fine

I would disable tea-timer in Spybot if you are using it and pick up winpatrol from my signature, it will use less resources and do the same job basically. You wont really notice it is even installed unless a program tries to set itself to start automatically. Also once installed right click the scotty dog in the system tray and select startup info... then you can control what programs load when you boot your system and you can disable any that you don't need to launch auotmatically

I have spybot and I update date it and immunize with it that's about it though, mainly just use it for the hosts file portion

Another free option that you may consider is spyware blaster where you can manage your restricted sites ect. It works with IE and Firefox

I used to use Spyware blaster, should i re-use it?
Also, is it known that Malwarebytes can be a bit of a CPU and Memory hogger, with protection on? I have it enabled now, is that good?
So should i get Winpatrol and spyware blaster?
Even if you look at my current list?
EDIT: If i get Winpatrol, should i get rid off the realtime of Malwarebytes? Winpatrol is meant to be near silent, and malwarebytes isn't. Good idea Blind Dragon?

It depends winpatrol won't actively scan files like MBAM so its all about what you want. Winpatrol will monitor certain parts of the registry for changes, then ask you if you want to allow those changes. MBAM can pick out a malicious file with its active protection, but then again so can Avast

So the MBAM protection does the same as Avast?
So would you say swap the Realtime of MBAM for Winpatrol?
Yes or No?

I somebody said that MBAM and AVAST are the same, I will have to strongly disagree... they remove some of the same evils... but their targets are basically different as you can see by some of their various removals

MBAM and Avast are not the same. They have different definitions that they look for. I would disable MBAM real time protection anyways and just update/scan with it weekly.

I don't feel that you need the active protection from both - as that drags down performance when you have 2 programs competing for the same resources and the same files. You have enough protection on there that you don't need it. Just make sure you update it before scanning with it

Ok, i have MBAM now, not in real-time.
I now use Winpatrol, Avast and comodo as my only real-time apps.
Better?

Avast is very good. MBam is very good. Comodo is very good. I am not so fond of WinPatrol but it sells well. You might consider adding Adaware 2008 as it is good with adware and some infestations, cookies, etc. Also free.

Spybot is essentially useless. You cannot find any review that gives it high marks. It is basically a cookie remover. Spyware Blaster is not much better.
Based upon what they remove on our client computers, we like these best, because they work on the difficult stuff: Spyware Doctor 5.5 (the best), SpySweeper, SuperAntispyware, MBAM MalwareBytes, Adaware 2008 for certain things and system cleanup of cookies, AntiVir AntiVirus, Avast, and Kaspersky, Comodo, Zone Alarm, and SunBelt..
There are 87 spyware and antivirus packages that are worthless because they charge outrageous fees, and cause more harm than they do good.
Mostly good Symantec, McAfee, Nod32, Panda, Computer Associates EZArmor, and Trend Micro have all had very serious lapses for which they were irresponsibly non-communicative.
