Hi, Random crashes like this one often are RAM problems, very hard to prove, so it's worth running the Memtest program, as then you will know one way or another if it is your RAM. If you use this version (link below) there is an option to put it on a Flash drive, as you will be running the test outside of Windows anyway. https://www.techspot.com/downloads/6216-memtest86.html

Also you could try the Windows diagnostic memory test.
In the Windows search bar. type 'memory' then click on files, and choose the right one.
I just ran this test, which took 15 minutes to go through my 3GB of DDR RAM, it found no faults in my case.
