  1. Hello, I m willing to buy these components for my pc:
    FX x8 8350 CPU + Hyper 212 Evo
    Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 Mobo
    16GB (2x8GB) RipjawsX DDR3 1600MHz CL10 Dual Kit Ram
    WD 1TB Caviar Black Sata 3.0 64MB Cache 7200Rpm Harddisk
    Sapphire R9 290 TRI-X OC

    And I m willing to overlock both cpu and gpu so which of these PSUs I should get?

    Get the Seasonic, GOLD+ is much better efficiency and a better product overall.

    It says 750w on manufacturer site for GPU. So I need 750+ to overlock ?

    Not exactly, you could get by with a 600 even with that setup. The FX 8350 stock only uses a little over 150watts I believe with the R9 290 only at close to 300. Thats about 450 watts for that, if you include the HDD, motherboard, ram, and such you will probably be up to around 500 watts (Rough estimates mind you). Overclocking you would probably be close to 600 depending on how far you push it.
