what do they all mean and when looking at PSU's which ones are most important to have?

Btw that PSU looks great for your rig.. a good psu it is.

I personally would try to get one with a few more watts, like a 350 or 400, just to leave room for future upgrades. I'd stick with Antecs, they make great PSU's
