Hey, am new to upgrading/building computers so please bare with me.

I have a pretty simple question that I cant seem to find an answer to.

Does the 20+4-pin connector on a powersupply work with both a 20-pin and 24-pin mobo?

    Thanks in advance.

The extra 4 connectors are easily removable from the plug in case you can't fit the whole thing on your motherboard.

You just gently break off the extra part of the plug. This is made to break off using gentle force...
