PSU making noise

Hi all my psu is NEW 750w 750 watt Quiet PC ATX PSU Power Supply Unit . i got is few months back but only 45 day warranty .. when i turn on pc funny noise from psu like fan rubbing or something , so i turn pc off and on few times and the noise goes but i dont want to keep doing that could anyone help with problem or do i need new psu.. thanks

Are you 100% certain that the source of the noise is the PSU? If it's coming from the PSU fan I would start by first cleaning it.

If there is no dust at all I would be worried about any noise emanating from the PSU.

yea like now its perfect running as normal only few months old no dust . just when i turn on pc it does it then off then on does it then off then on does it then like 4th time turn on and fine very weird

I would consider replacing it. Just to be safe.
