PT800CE-A reboots randomly or bsod

Hi im new to this thread and just wanted to see if anybody can help me fix my computer i purchased this board and cpu about 5 months ago and ever since i got it running it has allways rebooted randomly or while im doing something all of the sudden go to a blue screen and say "the system has haulted please contact your hardware manufaturere" and i have to reboot its starting to get relley anoying just today its happend to me twice within 2 minits any help would be appreciated.

my specs of my computer are

pentium 4 3.2 ghz
pc3200 ddr 512 mb ram
ecs PT800ce-a mother board
windows xp pro

Did you build it yourself? Take it apart and do it over again, make sure your cpu is reseated and is clean from the thermal paste with the irophyl alcohol 70% or higher. then reapply the thermal paste. Reseat the memory sticks and do same to all things. Make sure your USB is grounded properly. Make sure your PSU having the 20 pin power connected properly, and make sure you plugged the ATX12V+ (4pins) in the motherboard.
