Purchasing New Motherboard - Help Needed

Hi,
I've decided to upgrade my system to help my games run faster. I'm going to upgrade my motherboard and graphics card

I've found this motherboard:

which are in my price range. What I need to know is:

a. Will they work together?
and
b. Are they worth it?

Those will work great together. I have had the exact same motherboard for a couple of months now and it works great. I would say that its deffintly worth buying them.

Just make sure that the motherboard supports the memory and CPU you have already and it should work good for you.
