Hello, I was just on Newegg.com and was looking at their 5.1 speakers. They have some logitech ones that I was looking to buy. These to be exact. By looking at the picture showing the back of it, it looks like it could hook up to my Xbox 360 or DVD player with the red and white audio plug ins. Before I buy them, I would like to know it if would work that way.

If any of you know, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Welcome to TechSpot

You could, but that sounds like it's just stereo (red = right, white = left channel). There should be more connectors - which brand & model are they?

speakers should always be listened to before buying. Just a recommendation.

Just don't confuse the 3.5mm connectors on the back of the speaker with the larger RCA cables. You will likely need an adapter. The green 3.5 connector will be split into the red and white RCA connectors.
