Question about Micro ATZ mobo's

If i get Micro ATZ mobo will i need to get a different PSU or does it just run on the normal ATX power supply? in particular this model

Asus P4P800VM SKT478 I865G MATX VGA Sound LAN USB2

If your putting a Micro ATX mobo in an ATX case,the PSU should be just dandy.
