hello there...first time posting so i want to get it right...but before I post my real issue i want to make sure i have everything according to the preliminary removal instructions.
step 14 says there should be a AVG log generated after i run a system scan. I have set up AVG with the recommended settings for the reports "automatically generate report"...but when i run the system scan in step14, i don't get any reports?
when the scan is complete it will not allow me to save a report, even thought there were actions taken. i quaranteed them, but no report.
not sure what i am doing wrong...can anyone help? because i have a real big problem with getting redirects within search results and upon start up my computer is doing crazy stuff! thanks
