Questionable website

A friend of mine & former TS poster has been going to another website www.techbytes.com but sent me this "
My posts wont go through. Instead I get this message
Fatal error: Can't use function return value in write context in /home/pctechby/public_html/forums/system/Text/HtmlPurifierInternalLinkDef.php on line 70
I tried to go to the website but got this
any thoughts/ideads? Just curious.

I get the same result and IMO, consider it a valid warning. It's not from my Avast, so it appears to be FF phishing interception.
