Hi everyone! Quick question, I just build my first pc and im trying to download drivers from asus. I know I heard that you should basically download Chipset, Audio, LAN, USB and SATA. But some of these for my motherboard have a couple different versions. The sata one has 4! So am I suppose to download all things listed? For example the SATA one has a version for the asmedia sata controller but then right under it there is a different one for intel smart connect technology software. So do these different descripitons mean that I have to download both drivers instead of just say the asmedia sata controller one?

You really only need chipset and USB3 drivers. BIOS is optional, but recommended. SATA drivers are only needed if you use the Marvell controlled SATA ports.

Download the chipset drivers from here: http://goo.gl/W1VPHU.
Download the USB3 drivers from the ASUS site you provided (only 1 download available).
Download the LAN drivers from here: http://goo.gl/crZ004.
Download the audio drivers from here: http://goo.gl/72uO.
If you want to download the SATA driver just so that you have the latest version, download the Asmedia driver.

Optional, but I personally recommend them:
Intel Management Engine Components
BIOS - from the site you provided
