    1. download mike lin's startup editor. use it. it's free.
    2. or run msconfig from your start-run
    3. download crap cleaner registry repair. uninstall the offending software with crap cleaner.
    4. boot in safe mode if you are being taken over by malware.
    5. download and run spybot search and destroy.
