Radeon X850XT

Is it possible for the Radeon X850XT (for Sapphire) to do it's own fan control? So far I've been doing it with ATI Tray Tools, but this guy told me it should do it on it's own....

So, any way to do this? Maybe flash the bios or something? But, if so, PLEASE tell me how .

If you totally remove ATI Tray Tools (by uninstalling it) and install the full Catalyst drivers w/ CCC, it'll control it's own fan speed.

It will only throttle up fan rpms at higher temps though.. and do so automatically. Most folks prefer to use ATI Tray Tools and bump up the low-end fan rpms so as it'll keep cool from the get-go, rather than have to get really hot before it kicks into gear.
