Ram comapatibility?

Can someone tell me if I can use high-density memory with my mobo. I've checked the Mach Speed website but can't find the answer to my queston anywhere.

I have a Matrix (Biostar)P4M800 MATX Socket 478 with a VIA P4M800/VT8237 chipset.
