  1. I was wondering if anyone has used this model of ram with the amd sabertooth 990fx r2.0? Seen lots of people using it on the intel boards and g.skill website says its compatible with those but there is no mention of amd version. Just wanted to see if it would run 2400 before I buy it. Thanks

Generally speaking G.Skill ram is very flexible and compatible with AMD and Intel systems alike in all fields that I have come across. I have not yet run into one set of ram that would not work on anything I put it into.

Now as for the 2400 ram, that would be more up to the CPU working with that frequency than anything else. But the motherboard should support it according the ram supported list.

OK. I didn't notice that model number in the list so I figured I would check. Thanks a lot

I will just throw in that my fav ram is the corsair Dominator Platinum. Great stability, plays nice with everything, great heat sinks , and fantastic OCability.
    ...and they look great :)
