    Hello and welcome to Techspot.

All your minidumps crash at Rtenicxp.sys. I believe this is your Realtek nic driver.

Try updating the driver. If that doesn`t help try a different nic.

    Regards Howard

thanks 4 tht. hw do i reinstall the driver???
  5. samw Newcomer, in training

i hav the original drivers cd from mesh. shall i unistall and thn boot it from the cd

is the realtek nic driver the network driver??
  6. howard_hopkinso Newcomer, in training

If your nic is onboard, go to your mobo manufacturers website and install the latest nic drivers.

If it`s a seperate nic, go to the Realtek website and look for drivers for your particular model.

    Regards Howard :)

    It wouldn`t hurt to try.

the network is onboard. i hav the driver on cd. shall i unistall the current network driver and thn install it from the cd?

sorry bout the constant repetition. i am very new 2 pcz.

wt did the minidumps tell u
  9. howard_hopkinso Newcomer, in training

Yes, try that first. If it doesn`t help, your mobo manufacturers website may have an updated driver.

If that still doesn`t help, then you may as well buy a separate nic card. They are only cheap. You will then have to unistall the drivers for your current nic and disable it from your bios.

    Regards Howard :)

    to howard and otherz

unfortunately, jus had another blue screen.

    the minidump is attatched.

wt do u think i should do.

where can i find the upgrades to the realtek driver.

    plz analyze the minidump.

    thank u.

    samed
  14. howard_hopkinso Newcomer, in training

Your minidump crashes with exactly the same problem.

You should be able to get updated drivers from your mobo manufacturers website.

Like I said, if that doesn`t help, you should consider buying a separate nic.

It could be that the onboard nic is faulty.

    Regards Howard :)
  15. samw Newcomer, in training

but if it was faulty, hw cum the intenet is still workin?
  16. howard_hopkinso Newcomer, in training

I only said it could be faulty. If updating the drivers doesn`t work, I don`t see how you have any other option, other than to buy a separate nic.

    Regards Howard :)

Hello. I am currently facing blue screens on my mesh computer. The minidump file shows that the realtek driver is causing this. I have reinstalled the driver but the same problem occurs. Now, I am looking for the updates for the driver but I am not sure which one to download.

My networking is onboard to the motherboard, ASUS: P5RD2-VM

The name of the current driver which was on the drivers cd is:

Realtek RTL8168/8111 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet NIC

i think dis is da link
    http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads...Keyword=rtl8168
but dunno which driver i need. i am on windows xp media edition 2005

Please assist me with this issue.

    Thank you

    Samed
