Random BSOD problem... looking for some help

Hi all,

I've been having a random BSOD problem for some time now, but have never been able to solve it properly. Recently I've found these forums, and they've helped me a lot in narrowing down what could cause it, but now I'm stuck due to my limited PC knowledge.

When the BSOD occurs, it just flashes quickly, and reboots my machine. There seem to be no patter to when they occur, they just do, usually no more than once or twice a day (sometimes not at all). I don't get any error logs, just a "Save Dump". Below are the most recent.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x10000050 (0xff80f470, 0x00000008, 0xff80f470, 0x00000000).

I've also attached my Minidumps.

Even though this might just be a coincidence, the crashes seem to only occur when I'm online. I've tried running my machine offline for some time, and had no crashes, but that doesn't mean anything, since these crashes are very random and I'm online 99.9% of the time. My machine runs on a nForce chipset, a Pentium D 3.4gH, a GeForce 7900, 2gb RAM and Windows XP SP2.

I appreciate and advice you may give me, and thank you all in advance. I'm at my wits end with this problem. Thanks!

One thing I would do is run it off line for a long time until it either happens or you can say "this doesn't happen off line". At least it would be narrowed down. Have you tried 'admin tools'/ event viewer? If you decide it's an online problem...take your machine to a friend's internet connection.

Thank you for your fast reply.

I have a bit of a problem with running it offline, since it is also my workstation (I work a lot from home), and I need to be online all the time to see if clients send me emails. Which means that I can run it offline on the weekends, but that is just a small percentage of the time. And like I said, the problem isn't predictable at all and also doesn't happen every day (it sometimes disappears for a couple of days, and then comes back). But yeah, I will try an run it offline whenever I get the opportunity.

When I look in the "admin tools/ event viewer" I don't have any error messages that correspond to the crash. The only thing I have is the "Save Dump" event, and the Minidumps. Unfortunately however, I don't know how to read/interpret them... which is what I came to look for help with. Thanks!
