alright, this is a home made computer, i done half a CERT 3 in IT so i know how to build one.

    ive done all in http://www.techspot.com/vb/topic51365.html
    no errors.

    Specs:

    Current:
LATEST GPU, Sound card and mobo drivers. no bios updates though.
    Generic 550W psu
    Asus P5VDC-MX
Intel D935, no overclocking but will tell info later.
    Generic Ram 1gb DDR667
Gigabyte radeon 9600 Pro, no overclocking. AGP
    Unknown 40gb HD
    Liteon cd/dvd reader.
    Soundblaster Live! Value pci
    View Sonic E653

    Had:
TV tuner pci card - done some research people had this problem, but mines still the same.

    Overclocking,
ALL TIMES AS SOON AS I ENTER WINDOWS
when i up the bus speed of CPU only, even if its from 200 (default) to 201, it lasts about 20 mins - 30 mins+
    200 - 205 20 mins max
    210 2 mins max
215 when it says welcome while windows is loading, just before u can select user or in my case, before it goes into the only account.

CPU is at 40 deg no overclock idle in windows.
47-50 at 210 bus speed idle in windows.

i will attach a few dump files, from when they first started to log, till now.

thank you so much to anyone who helps, greatly appreciated.

It's time to start posting some minidumps. The more the better. I can guess at a first step... Your CPU may be overheating. Take the side off, and run the system for a while. Did you build this system? How old is it? Make sure the fans are clean and running. Remove any dust or dirt
