Random Freeze with buzzing sounds

  1. CPU:
    Intel Core i5 3330 @ 3.00GHz
    Ivy Bridge 22nm Technology

    Motherboard: ASUSTeK COMPUTER INC. P8H61-MX USB3 (LGA1155)

    Ram Speed, size and #sticks: 8,00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz (9-9-9-24)

    GPU: 1024MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti (PNY)

    PSU (do not leave this out): Chefteck APS-500S 500W

    OS: Windows 8.1 Enterprise 64-bit

    Things I've tried :

    1.Running latest drivers.
    2.Checking event log -> 44 Unexpected crashes. (From 28.08.2013 -> 05.02.2014)
    3. System temperatures -> I've Watched the temps. They are not high

    Please Help!

    Did the MemTest86 . Pass Complete no errors.

    What audio driver do you have installed?

    VIA High Definition Audio -> 28.06.2012 , Version : 6.0.1.10600.
    I tried updating them on Version 6.0.11.100.
    But , after update Vdeck.exe didn't work.

    Reinstalled the last version but the last version is breaking my Microphone
    So I switched back to the first one.

    Is Windows 8.1 fully updated? Is the bios properly set to use the on-board audio

    Windows 8.1 is fully updated. I check daily for updates.
    Bios settings are fine.
    -I've used so far windows 8.1 64 bit , windows 7 ultimate 32 bit & 64 bit.
    The problem persist.

    Try replacing the power supply with a 650 watt or larger

    I can't The pc it's a pre-build system (I didn't buy piece buy piece) and it's in warranty for 2 years.
