Random freezes on computer

every time i playing games and some time while surfing the internet my pc will hang or restart....the blue screen will appear with this information

i try format my pc after format the same thing happen..
did one know what is this??is it because faulty hardware??if faulty hardware which hardware is faul.... please help me.i dont know what to do..

Overheating
Faulty processor or motherboard
Faulty power supply
Faulty memory

RAM : Kingston 512mb ddr400 X 2
Display card : Palit 6800GS 128mb
m.board : abit kv8 pro
CPU : amd athlon 64 2800+
PSu : MEC 450w

No overclock

When i try to run the memory burn in the error come out with message

Probably, google and get memtest and run it for atleast 7 passes.
