One version from Microsoft: This problem occurs if you install the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) service but you do not also configure this service. These error events are logged by the SNMP service when you restart the computer. If the Evntagnt.dll file is not configured for debug tracing when the SNMP service starts, these two warning events are logged.
It can also be evidence of a corrupted printer driver. Remove or disable printer driver, and replace.
It can also be a report of a memory failure. You can go to www.memtest.org, or other sites for free Memtest86. Run it four four hours or 7 passes which ever happens first.
There could be other reasons, as it is a common reference.
