Random Reboots XP Pro... Please help

  1. My PC keeps rebooting itself with no event log. System info is below. I've attached a zip with all my minidumps. Any help is much appreciated.

    The information on your computer is incomplete... as CPU is not listed.
    You have two monitors?
    Two hard drives working?
    Are you certain your memory as listed is correct?

    Thanks Raybay, the processor is the P4 extreme edition 3.4ghz; I do have two monitors; the two hard drives are working, although I found an error on one of them during chkdsk /f which could have been causing the trouble; memory is correct, I ran memtest86 overnight and found no errors.
