Random restarting after playing UT2004!

    I have set my graphics mode to hardware rendering and my computer restarts randomly, my VIA S3 built-in graphics chip, i have been told should lag or freeze if its not up to spec and not restart.
    I have already tried several solutions such as:update driver, update BIOS, increased latency in BIOS, lowered the speed of my FSB, no overheating problem.
    My BIOS version is award phoenix for quasar 1 V1.3
    AMD atholon 2600+
    1.91 GHz
    256 DDR RAM
    VIA/S3G UniChrome IGP driver
    KM400 Graphics Adapter model
    AGP bus type.
    please help me and let me know if you need more specs!

    Are your motherboard drivers up to date? Any patches for the game and video? Does this only happen with that particular game?

    I have looked at my motherboard drivers on device manager in control panel, all drivers are up to date, i have the latest patch for unreal tournament 2004 (3355 i think) and it restarts on unreal tournament 2004 on hardware rendering, thanks anyway.
