Random Restarts followed by System Error

    Hey guys. First time poster so I'll do my best to explain things. I'm having this annoying problem where my Vaio desktop (WinXP Pro SP2) restarts seemingly at random. I check the event viewer and it shows the following system error.
    Error code 1000008e, parameter1 c0000005, parameter2 80552970, parameter3 b4b1a83c, parameter4 00000000.[/LEFT]
    I've attached the two latest memory dump from this error. Hopefully someone there can make more sense of them than I can. Anything anybody could offer me as help would be greatly appreciated; I'm going nuts trying to deal with this on my own! Thanks.

    Additional Dumps

    It just occured to me that 2 dumps might not be enough to diagnose the problem. Here are 6 more, three in each zip file. Please help, thank you.
