Random Restarts (inc. minidumps)

Hi, i have gotten BSOD's for several days. I got my PC to technical service and found out that my 2*256 rams are corrupted. Than wtih brand new kingstons i got back home. Formatted and install a clean windows xp. but random restarts are continuing.
I attached the minidumps. I will be appreciate for your help.

'Your minidumps show crashes being caused by missing or corrupt Ntfs.sys, win32k.sys and nv4_mini.sys.

nv4_mini.sys is an Nvidia miniport driver. Uninstall and reinstall to get rid of that problem or update the driver if there is an updated version available.

Ntfs.sys is difficult to repair and sometimes requires you to delete the main partition and do a full format before reinstalling Windows. You could try to run System file checker by clicking start, runand typing sfc.exe /scannow

win32k.sys could point to faulty memory or overheating/faulty video memory.
