Random Restarts, not sure what the cause is

So, every once in a while and randomly, my computer will restart, and upon reboot it shows that "The system has recovered from a serious error" screen. I really have no idea how to investigate these errors, but here is what the error report contains:
Error Signature:
BCCode : 1000007f BCP1 : 0000000D BCP2 : 00000000 BCP3 : 00000000
BCP4 : 00000000 OSVer : 5_1_2600 SP : 2_0 Product : 256_1

and I have attached the "mini dump" files. I run WinXP SP2. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

Thanks,
-Ethan Samson

From the stack trace, probably the culprit is faulty ram. For hardware problem, you have to provide more minidump to confirm the root cause.
