Random restarts (some mini dumps..)

I've just bought a new computer:
intel dg965wh chipset
core 2 duo 2.4 6600,2x1gb 800mhz kingston rams and 6200 LE nvidia geforce video adapter.. I've been experiencing some random restarts and freeze ups here are the error codes:

I have debugged some mini dumps but I can't really read them..
so I attach them here..

deltafw.sys ??

Most people post the blue screen problem at windows forum and this is reason why noone responded your problem at yesterday. I find the footprint of deltafw.sys at all of your debug reports. deltafw.sys is the sound card driver. Upgrade the sound card device driver may fix the blue screen problem.

i'm so glad with your reply...
i was also sensing that i updated the drivers it didn't work.. so i guess it is becuz i disabled the on board audio and the kernel audio splitter makes that problem.. but before taking evasion action i have 2 more mini dumps..
can you please take a look at it and say if it is still the deltafw.sys causing the problem..

i really appreciate your effort helping me sorting out my problem...

RAM problem

Your latest minidumps have different symptom and they are crashed with memory error.

As with any random restarts and blue screens, memory is the first thing to check. Let this run overnight and tell us how it goes. www.memtest.org

i've run the memtest and i have like 30 passes and 0 fails..
for the last two days my problem seemed to disappear but it is on again.. and i really can't trace it.. could anyone figure out the problem from the dumps?

i figured out smth. that my old laptop used to have this kind of problem.. so now i know it is a software or driver related problem..

here are the dumps if you would like to take a look at them..(dumps of laptop)

One miniidump is crashed at deltafw.sys which is same as your desktop. As I mentioned at my post, upgrade deltafw.sys will resolve this problem. According to another minidump of your desktop and they are crashed due to memory error. Your desktop has two culprit: RAM and deltafw.sys

thank you for your reply..
i updated the deltafw.sys and hoping there wll be no crash..
another thing is that windows reads my mem 1.98 gb.. bios sees them az normal 2x1024mb.. nothing onboard is enabled.. i still have this..
i am getting angry with my mobo intel dg965fw.. i read that other ppl with similar systems are also having these crash problems.. and i really cannot get enough performance from core 2 duo 2.4.. this new computer is driving me nuts..
thanks for the help by the way.. i appriciate your continuous help.. (especially when i look at the intel support saying that other components may be driving my system into low performance)
