Random shutdowns with no bluescreen

hey all, long time since i jumped on techspot but anyways. im getting random shutdowns on my machine. let me break it down. ill be on there doing nothing really .... then ill hear this weird sound like a buzz "" behzzzzz" and shutdown like that!. it will reboot but when it does it wont go past checking my memory.
never had this one happen to me what do you guys think it is¿

I suspect you have faulty ram.

Run Memtes86+ as per the instructions HERE and see if that helps to identify the culprit.

1. test your ram with memtest 86+ for at least 7 passes.
2. test your power supply with a multimeter.
3. check for bulging or leaking capacitors on the motherboard
