Hey all.. I'm new here :)

Its a couple of month now that I'm getting a lot of BSOD with this msg:

    0x1000008e (0xc0000005, 0x5da3bf90, 0xb96465b8, 0x00000000). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini051206-01.dmp.‏‏

    I've tried:
memtest for a night, all good
Scanned my drives 4 bad sectors, all good
my bios is up to date

any way, the DMP file says:

    help?

    0x0000008E: KERNEL_MODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED
A kernel mode program generated an exception which the error handler didn’t catch. These are nearly always hardware compatibility issues (which sometimes means a driver issue or a need for a BIOS upgrade).

Nv4_disp.dll is part of your video card drivers, trying updating to see if it solves the problem.
