Randon Restarts System Error 102 Event 1003

I continue to have my system restart on its own 1 to 2 times a day. Usually when nobody is using the computer.

I am attaching the *.DMP files. In the shallow amount of research and knowledge I have it seems as though it is a device driver....I just don't know which one...heck I can't even figure out how to read the darn *.dmp file.

So I am appealing to the forum to see if anybody can give me specific (possible) fixes.

Thanks in adavance,

Gersh

Your windows is crashed with stack overflow at ATI video driver. The stack trace shows ATI video driver is in a loop and used up kernel stack. Upgrade or downlevel your ATI video driver may resolve the problem.

Thx...

I will try downleveling as I have the latest upgrade!

I will let you know after a day or so if it hasn't crashed!
