Sorry if this ain't exactly the forum for this but I am desperate. I want to know what the H-E-double hockey sticks is causing my Lyra of less than a year old to sudden lose channels in the sound.

To give an example of what I am hearing: In most normally recorded stereo MP3's, I can no longer hear bass and percussion, but the guitar comes shining through. I can hear nuances I never knew existed in the songs. It's groovy and all, but that doesnt change the fact that the thing's not workng right.

I'm thinking that the output jack is no longer making full contact with the device for some reason, but I want to see if there is perhaps another reason for the channel loss.
