Can someone explain me how to use the readyboost option for a 32gb usb devise?

You should be given the option to use ReadyBoost when you first use the device. But if not, look under the drive properties for the device. If your device qualifies and the system will benefit from ReadyBoost, you will have the option to turn on ReadyBoost.

To find the drive properties, right-click the drive letter associated with the device in Explorer.
