Really Low FPS need advice please!

DDR400 correct! Yeh i've completely uninstalled everything possible all old ATI files everywhere. When I got the new GPU the install instructions guided me through different folders that old drivers can hide in and I deleted all of them. I was playing again last night and in 5v5 on dust2 i'm only getting 30-50 fps with that card. Until I can get those specs from guru i dunno what else to do

You can get SiSoft Sandra just about anywhere, as well as download.com or direct from Sisoft too. Just be sure to get the "lite" version as this is the free one.
